What A Dinner!

Sometimes a simple stew with bread can be so satisfying, don't you think? It's just comforting ...cozy ...yummy.

As you can guess, I made stew for dinner today. Normally I wouldn't write about it, but I also made THE most incredible bread! I wanted to share the recipe with you...but it's not mine to share. If you'd like it, you'll have to go visit Amy. I made the sun dried tomato bread variation, and it was positively amazing. I only had about 3 (OK, 9) pieces. You really have to try it!

I also have a really great stew recipe too. Remind me to post it a bit later. Right now I'm taking my sniffly-nosed self to bed!

WoW! Looks good. I'm so happy to know that others are trying the recipe. It really is the best. And, EASY too. Did you think it was easy?

It was a bit intimidating to me at first because I'd never made bread before.

But then again...I'd never made bread before, and look how awesome it turned out!

In retrospect, it is very easy to make. My big Kitchen Aid sure came in handy. I plan to do it frequently! Yum!

Yummy. I have to stop by your house for dinner. Do you live near PA? Theresa

Looks like a yummy comfort meal to me! The bread looks fantastic.A little off topic but I think your counter top is the same as one I chose to have in my fisrt home (built new) When I saw it I gasped and thought "Of course I would like Daiquiri, now I know why.... we both have great taste!" hehehe

OH NO nlness you don't like your countertop and then that would be tragic for me. I always got compliments on my countertop when we owned that home......
