A little giggle for the grandparents on a tough day...
You know all those Funniest Home Videos that showed the kids falling asleep in odd places? I always thought, "Sheesh, put that poor child to bed! What sort of parent is so out of touch with their baby that the poor little one falls asleep on their dinner plate?"
Well, now I guess I know.
Abby actually fell asleep in her spaghetti when she was about 15 months...I didn't notice because she was being so quiet, when I looked over, she was out cold with noodles stuck to her face. I'm not sure why they have to pick the messiest dish to pass out in, but kids seem to do it on a regular basis if America's Funniest is any indicator of normalcy in America.

That is SO cute! Yep, I've had mine fall asleep in their food as well. I agree with other comment: they get quiet and you look around to see why and they are face down in spaghetti LOL.
