What a fun way to start the day: Sammy padded up to me in her jammies and this amazing head of curls and said, "Mommy, I ready a go"
"Ready to go? Where are we going?"
"I ready a go Chuck E Cheese, Mommy!"
"Oh! I think someone forgot to tell you that it's Monday - Daddy's going to work and Ben and Clara are going to school. No Chuck E Cheese today, my sweet."
"Daddy a work?!"
"Yep"
"Ben a Gooa (Clara) a schoo?"
"Yep"
"Oh no! ... K. Milk, Mommy?"
"Sure, I'll get you some milk."
I'm going to have to come up with a fun Monday morning tradition for her. I'd hate to have my sweet little girl dread Monday's at the ripe old age of 2!
